Annmarie is an experienced Human Resources professional with more than 30 years' experience, has helped managers team members, as well as organisations improve their performance. This was especially true when there was a rapid change and growth in business. Annmarie is a respected advisor who has helped translate corporate goals and strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on engaging employees and managing change. She enjoys learning and believes that the growth of leaders and teams as the most competitive advantages. Her experience in working for Fortune 500, small companies and middle-sized businesses has helped her to create cultures of innovation and learning that positively impact teams and individuals. Annmarie is driven to volunteer her skills and time to support Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she offers support to several nonprofit organizations. As a part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has devoted her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work. Additionally, she provides support to various non-profit organizations during the free time she has. The addiction disease affects everyone.
